Interior designers in Gurgaon, built for high-rise realities.
Condominium interiors across Gurugram — bare-shell fit-outs, full home interiors and renovation, delivered inside your building's rules and its service lift.
A condominium market, not a builder floor market
Gurugram is dominated by high-rise condominiums, and that makes its interior projects operationally different from Delhi's. Floor plates are larger, ceilings are higher and budgets are usually bigger — but everything has to move through one service lift, within hours the association sets, past a guard with a register.
A significant share of units are also handed over semi-finished. In those homes the interior is not a replacement of something tired; it is the first proper fit-out the flat has ever had, which changes both the sequence and the cost profile.

What working in a Gurugram tower actually requires
Fixed daily work hours
Most Gurugram associations permit work roughly nine to six on weekdays, with restrictions at weekends. We plan the programme against those hours rather than against an optimistic headline timeline.
Booked service lift slots
Material movement runs through a service lift on booked windows. Deliveries are consolidated and sequenced so a slot is never wasted on a half load.
Association permissions
Written approval, a damage deposit and worker verification are standard. Anything structural also needs municipal sanction, which we identify at survey.
Bare-shell fit-outs
Semi-finished handovers need flooring, ceilings, electricals and joinery planned as one sequence. Treating them as separate purchases is how these projects overrun.
West-facing glass
Gurugram towers carry a great deal of glazing. On a west elevation that means heat and glare, and it drives both the material palette and the window treatment budget.
Wider floor plates
Larger living and dining spaces need zoning to avoid feeling like a lobby. Lighting and joinery lines do that work better than partitions do.
Corridors we serve, and how we get there
Our workshop sits in Palam, which connects to Gurugram directly along the Dwarka Expressway. That corridor is the reason we take Gurugram work at all — it keeps installation crews and replacement panels within a sensible drive of site.
- DLF Phases 1 to 5 and Golf Course Road
- Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road
- New Gurugram sectors along the Southern Peripheral Road
- The Dwarka Expressway corridor and Sector 102 to 113

What to expect in a Gurugram tower
Local interior trends
Gurugram leans toward a global contemporary language: warm beige and walnut palettes, matte gold or brushed brass hardware, cove lighting and clean unornamented lines. It is the most design-aware market in the NCR and the least interested in decoration for its own sake.
Home offices are now a standard requirement rather than an addition, and larger apartments increasingly ask for a separate media or family room alongside the formal living space.
Apartment and villa considerations
Most work is high-rise condominium interiors across the DLF phases, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road and the newer sectors. Floor plates are larger than Delhi equivalents and ceilings higher, which changes lighting and joinery proportions.
Independent floors and villas exist in the older DLF phases and along the Southern Peripheral Road. They allow layout changes that condominiums do not, and they bring municipal sanction and civil scope into the project.
Climate and material recommendations
Gurugram shares Delhi's temperature range with the added factor of very large glazed elevations. West-facing glass produces significant heat gain and glare, so window treatment is planned as insulation and heat-sensitive finishes are kept off those walls.
Material grading follows the region: BWR baseline, BWP in wet zones. Dust ingress from ongoing construction across the newer sectors makes matte finishes and washable surfaces a practical choice rather than an aesthetic one.
Budget expectations and timelines
Gurugram budgets run higher than the NCR average, driven by larger floor plates and a preference for premium finishes rather than by rate alone. Bare-shell handovers add flooring, ceilings and electricals to a scope that a resale flat would not carry.
A 3 BHK apartment typically runs 60 to 75 days after design sign-off. Association work-hour limits and booked service-lift windows are the most common cause of schedule variation, so both are built into the programme.
Popular layouts
Island and U-shaped kitchens are achievable in the larger apartments here, usually with a separate utility. Open living-dining is standard, zoned with lighting and joinery lines rather than partitions.
Wide living rooms need deliberate zoning or they read like lobbies. Two seating groups, a defined dining zone and a considered TV wall line usually resolve it better than adding furniture.

Gurgaon FAQs
Principally the Dwarka Expressway corridor, DLF phases, Golf Course Road and Sohna Road, since those are within a workable drive of our Palam workshop. For sites further out toward Manesar we will tell you honestly whether we can supervise them properly.
Expect written association approval, a refundable damage deposit, worker verification at the gate, fixed daily work hours and booked service-lift windows for material movement. Facade and common-area changes are almost universally prohibited.
With the sequence, not the styling. Electrical and plumbing routing, then ceilings, then flooring, then joinery — each locks in decisions for the next. Choosing shutter finishes before the services are planned is the most expensive way to start.
It is one of the first things we look at in a Gurugram flat. The response is usually a combination of layered window treatment, a palette that does not bleach out in strong afternoon light, and keeping heat-sensitive finishes off the worst elevation.
