What makes the first conversation useful
None of this is required, and we will happily start with nothing but an address. But if you have these to hand, the first session goes considerably further.
- A floor plan, even a rough one from the builder brochure. It lets us discuss your actual rooms rather than generalities.
- A budget range you are comfortable with. Knowing the envelope early is what makes it possible to spend it deliberately.
- Photographs of the space as it is now, including anything that already annoys you about it.
- A sense of your timeline — possession date, a wedding, a move. It changes how we sequence the work.
- Anything you have saved. Screenshots and boards tell us more about your taste in two minutes than a questionnaire does in twenty.
